Chef and Craft

Born in Algeria, Rabah first made his name in music as the frontman of MBS before turning to gastronomy. He studied French literature at Paris 8 University, then earned a French culinary diploma (CAP).

Cooking is at once art, design, memory, science and the architecture of taste.
